# Local Lockout Help!

 * I had to install a site from a backup locally and when I go to login the re-captcha
   does not get a domain key for the local site so I cannot login.
 * How can I disable the plugin from the backend?

 * You can disable this or any other WordPress plugin by deleting the plugin directory
   from the filesystem (usually done via FTP).
