 * Hi, I want to implement the local delivery area of a city. I don’t want zip code
   base. Is there a way this can be implemented with different shipping charges,
 * meaning If selected
    Area A delivery charges >> 5$ Area B delivery charges >>
   7$ Area C delivery charges >> 3$

 * You could probably use the Distance Matrix API from Google to calculate distances
   and charge fees based on those information.
 * But you must show Google Maps in the process to be allowed to use that service.
