    Hello Peter,

I want to set my webapplication up on a real server now. Therefore i installed wordpress on the server and added the plugin. I use a mariaDB Databases and set up one for my own data in the same installation place as wordpress.
In the plugin the database doesn’t show up. Do you know why that could have happened?

In my local setup this worked out fine. I don’t get where the difference is.
Is the problem maybe that i have now a password for the root user to connect to MariaDB?

    Thanks in advance.
    Chiara

    Hi Chiara,

What do you see when you start the Data Explorer? Are all tools available? Are your tables located in the WordPress schema? Or in another schema?

Can you add some screenshots? Please use the contactform on the plugin website if you prefer to send them in private.

    Thanks,
    Peter

Found the problem. Permission for wordpress to use my database was missing.
