Local Backup wasn’t created: There is not enough script running time to perform

    Local Backup wasn’t created: There is not enough script running time to perform backup operations, please increase the PHP variable max_execution_time.

    But actually nothing seems to happen. All progress bars (backup processing status) sit and stay at 0%.

    I am doing a local backup and this used to work. I have tried experimenting with the max time out settings to no avail.
