Hi Steve, just following up on your other email (as I believe your issue has been resolved already):

    1. You can remove the hot-spots in SpotEditor as shown in this video (just copy the sample 360_assets folder to your desktop and drag the xml to SpotEditor and delete them one by one) or just delete the <hotspot> elements from xml directly (you would still need to keep an empty <hotspots></hotspots> for it to work). Then upload updated xml back to your WordPress setup.

    2. Full-screen is currently a PRO only feature. If you have purchased the license before please let me know and I will send you instructions on how to make it work.

    Hi Support,

I have the same problem as explained on top of stevesinyard.

followed the simple instructions but the viewer just loads showing the 3 bars then nothing – I tired with your sample shoe one and still does the same?

    I also tried the sampleshoe.

as I believe your issue has been resolved already)

    What was the solution?
I am using MAC and most of the time Firefox, but in Safari the same.

WordPress 3.8 and Product Viewer 2.0.

    Thanks,
    Julia

Hi Julia, thanks for your message!

It’s almost always caused by the config path in the 360 product viewer shortcode that doesn’t point to your xml file correctly. You can paste your page URL here or send it to support at webrotate360 dot com and we can quickly narrow it down.

PS: there’re many posts on our forum related to the config path in WP shortcodes that you can find in these two links:
