Loading widget incorrectly in one language

Hello, I’m using Polylang together with a social icons plugin named WPZOOM.
The social widget loads correctly in English language, but in Portuguese -which is the other language I’ve set- loads the URLs of the icons incorrectly. Please take a look:Can you please help me?
