Seeing a few other similar posts here, but running pro version and getting webgl 3d loading error. Tried disabling image optimization plugin (Smush) and didn’t help. No other new plugins or autooptimize unless it’s something running at host (Flywheel) but this has been host for a long time.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

We support requirejs and thus there is a check if require function is added to page.

The theme is redefining the requirejs functions and not support what requirejs should have supported. Resulting into a conflict.

Can you consult the theme developer if they should overwrite popular framework functions? It can cause conflicts with other code that support requirejs.

    Best Regards,

Thanks for the update. This is strange because theme hasn’t been updated recently and DFLIP just broke recently. Is there anything that can be done outside of contacting theme dev? it’s a custom theme and client is no longer in touch with original developer. perhaps a snippet we can add?

I am inquiring about access to email of former staff who purchased the premium version so i can use the premium support forum.
