loading the chat….

    I have been trying to get chat to work for a long time on my site. I stumbled across your plugin and it looks great and I do want to buy it but I need to get it working first. When you goto chat it just displays “loading the chat….” I do have collect user statistics shut off. When you refresh the page the chat opens just fine. I do not want my users to have to refresh the page everytime they goto it. Any ideas? Thanks.

    Do you still have issues with this? I just visited your site and the chat loaded properly at first time.
