# Loading symbol & menu issues

 * Hi,
 * I recently started testing your currency plugin after installing a bundle plugin
   that was compatible, but I’ve had several problems with it since.
 * When using shortcodes, the price and currency switcher display as a loading symbol
   for a few seconds each time the page loads. This looks very unusual, it’s also
   not an issue I’ve had with other currency converters.
 * Secondly, the currency shortcode shows on top of full-page menus (made with Elementor)
   where everything on the page should be covered.
 * Is there any way to resolve these issues?

 * Hi,
 * Thank you for your reply. I have a menu on the website that shows in full screen.
   When clicking on the hamburger menu the entire page should be covered with only
   the menu options and background showing. However, the currency switcher (that
   I added through an Elementor shortcode widget) displays on top of that menu and
   is clearly visible. Hope that makes more sense.
