# Loading Process stuck

 * I’ve installed and configured properly – had confirmation of this from google
   drive. When I perform an on-time back-up, keep getting “Please wait.. Process
   Loading…”, nothing else is happening.
 * What’s the problem with this. I don’t want to upgrade to WordPress 3.9 until 
   I’ve taken a backup of files using your plugin.
 * Can you fix please?

 * I’m getting this issue as well – “Please wait.. Process Loading…”
 * I’ve installed it correctly – but it just refuses to work. I’m using WordPress
   3.9.
