Support » Plugin: Popups for Divi » Loading pop up never loads

  • Resolved eananlevi

    Hello there, I have been reading many topics about related subjects with the popup not working properly and trying to fix without bother anybody but after a week of struggles I give up…

    If you go to you see a simple page where the goal is to make people click “Read More” to give them the option to pay for our programs.

    My goal is to put the embed code of the booking system into a “Section > Row > Code Module” And make the button of each program show the correspond code. I did but the load it won’t finish ever.
    I tried restarting the plugins, optimisation, etc.
    (Interesting fact: When I put the first pop up in the page it worked but after putting the rest it stop to work.)

    Please, I need help, my customers can’t book directly.

    Thank you in advance.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @eananlevi

    Thanks for getting in touch and for explaining your issue in such detail!

    We’re aware of this limitation but have not yet found a stable solution to make our plugin work with such dynamic contents out-of-the-box.

    But the good news is: It’s possible with a little JS snippet.

    We have created a small Script Generator that will help you to create the correct snippet to insert into the Code Module.

    I’ve had a look at your webpage and here’s the code/details you need to enter to each field:

    – Event: Run code, when Area is opened
    – Run: Once
    – Area ID: #reindeer-connect
    – Code:
    var script = document.createElement(‘script’);
    script.src = ‘’;

    I hope that helps you to get the Popup working, Otherwise, let us know here and I’ll have another look at your updated website.

    Thanks, and happy Popup-ing, Philipp 🙂

    Quick update for anyone whos using a bokun booking-form inside a Popup:

    Just replace the JavaScript with the custom snippet and leave the rest of the code intact. I.e. as displayed in the following screenshot
