# Loading On iPhone

 * Hi there!
 * I upload alot of galleries and most our users are on mobile.
 * However when they go to view their galleries the thumbnails load really quickly
   but the actual pictures when they click take a few minutes to load and they get
   stuck with the please wait icon and greyed out screen and give up.

 * Can I have a suggestion to a solution or can we have an update for mobiles to
   speed things up.

 * Thanks for contacting us. Please go to Options>General Options>Preload images
   and set the number of images to smaller value. This will resolve the issue. Thanks.

 * Thanks for the reply, there is only the option for Preload to be off or on.. 
   I’ve turned it off but still have slow load on mobiles.
