 * I have the same problem. I create a new sidebar, name it, but when I click on“
   Sidebar Location” or “Edit” it won’t stop loading. How do I fix this?

 * I found the problem.
 * In my case , the problem was **conflict with one of the plugins**:
    **Simple 
   Twitter Tweets** By Ashley Sheinwald
 * I deactivated the plugin and everything worked perfectly.
