    Hi,

I’ve just installed SSL for my site. The only insecure mixed content I get (in Firefox) is for the link to my favicon. It’s somehow embedded in my html. I know that it needs to be changed to https, though I simply don’t know how to get in there and change it. It’s not in my header.php

    my site: https://rickcassettari.com/

Anyone know how I can fix this?

I would appreciate any info – I’ve spent hours this morning trying to solve this.

    Thank you.

Are you using a plugin or theme setting to add the favicon? How did you add it before?

Hi James, thank you for your response. I added the favicon many months ago, so I didn’t remember how I added it (it wasn’t a plugin). However, I just realized I could assign a favicon through the theme settings… this solved my issue by overriding the previous favicon, and I no longer get the insecure mixed content warning. All is well!

Excellent, I’m glad that worked. 🙂
