 * My form used to work fine, but now it’s not loading anymore.
    And there are a
   lot of errors in the browser console.

    I have investigated your issue and it seems that most
   probably, you are using a caching plugin that defers javascript files. Can you
   please let us know if you are using a caching plugin and have enabled deferring
   the scripts within this plugin?

 * I’m using Perfmatters
 * Not for caching, just for js and other optimizations.
 * The issue is solved by disabling js defer and js delay.
