 * Installation and customisation was a breeze, is there a way to have it so it 
   doesn’t open up once a visitor lands on the site so it can remain with just the
   chat top bar showing.

   up whenever an user open the page, it should start minimized.

 * “Select whether to minimize online user list in chat by default”
 * This option should come as “yes” as default.
