Loader.gif Size

How can i change the size of the loader??

I want to change the size of the loader, it is too large.
When I change the path of the loader changes the image for me that I want, but the size is still huge, the same size as the thumbnail, but I do not want that. I want the image is small loader (100% of actual size) and is centered before loading the image.
