Load sidebar asyncronously

I have a hughe woocommerce inventory and the sidebar takes almost 5 seconds to load (just the sidebar) which is terrible because the sidebar holds the loading of the page and gives the feeling that the whole site is slow, a great way to improve the user experience is if I where able to load the whole page and then load the sidebar, and since the sidebar uses ajax, that would make my site just perfect.
