The issue is with lazyload. You have some plugin for this or this is option in the theme. Please turn it off and thumbs will be shown.
If you need lazyload there is an option in paid version of our plugin.

Deactivate if for product images. For them our plugin has own lazyload.

I have deactivated the lazy load but the thumbnail is not showing….

As you can see it has class lazy and src(source image) is replaced with dummy transparent image.
Probably you have another plugin or this is theme option. Or maybe you have cache plugin installed and that pages are cached so you need to flush the cache.
