“Load More” button does not work

Hello,

The “Load More” button does not work.
I can’t display other user reviews on my product pages because the “Load More” button doesn’t work. The same is true for the customer image gallery displayed under the summary of product ratings: no popup is displayed.

Please fix the bug, it’s important.

I deactivated all my WordPress plugins manually but the problem is still present.

I coded a small script that launches a lightbox on the customer’s photos while waiting to fix the problem because otherwise the links are not clickable just like the load more button.

Hi,

Thanks for your additional information.

The issue looks like coming from the JS code of the theme. Please try to switch to the standard theme of WordPress (Twenty TwentyTwo) and re-check this.

Thank you for the information. It works fine with the default theme. How to fix the problem with my current theme (Porto Theme)?
