    Hi there,

We use the DSGVO option, which means that images are blocked, if the user does not allow the cookies (via Borlabs Cookie). We found that the “Optimize Images” option stores the images locally and serves them to the user without needing the consent. Our only issue with this option is, that now the images look blurry. Is there any option, which allows us to store the images locally, but not optimize them and load them in full size? That would be nice!

    Regards,
    Florian

    Hi Florian,

Thanks for contacting us! The locally saved images should be saved with several different resolutions. By default, the size of the image to be used will be automatically determined based on the size of the feed on the page. In this case, I would suggest going to WordPress Dashboard > Instagram Feed > All Feeds > (click on the feed’s name or pencil icon to edit it) > Posts > Images and Videos, set Resolution to Full Size, and then Save the feed.

If this does not resolve the issue, please let us know and also include a link to the page where the feed is being displayed.

    Thanks!
    Louis
