    Hi,

the option under Customize -> Performance -> Load google font locally, whenever it’s enabled, it changed the layout of the page. Which we have to turn it off. Does that mean when we turn it off, we are not loading the google font locally? it’s still cached from Google Font API?

    Cheers!

  • Hi @untitledasia,

    1. Please make sure you are running the latest version from the theme (1.1.5)
    2. Trye going to Appearance > Typography and change the heading and body fonts to a random font. Save/publish.
    3. Reload the page.
    4. Still at Appearance > Typography change to your desired fonts again.
    5. Go to Appearance > Performance and enable the “Load Google Fonts Locally”.

Probably that’s happening because you is an old user from our theme and your customizer is with old settings for the google fonts (before the Load Google Fonts implementation). So the steps above should resolve that issue.

    We hope this helps!

    Kind Regards,

    Rodrigo.

hi thanks Rodrigo it solved my issue. I’m still seeing the same error on my chrome browser but when I open on other browser or incognito mode the problem seems solved. So i guess I just have to wait for the cache to be renewed?

    Thanks!

    Hi @untitledasia,

    You are welcome!

Yes it is related to caching in your Chrome browser. You might clear the cache manually. Here’s how you can do that:
