I don’t really know why this is happening. I think it’s connected to WordPress forum settings somehow.

still no change, as soon as it gets to 500 comments (we have 15k we wanted to scan) it fails with the same errors.

2. Go to: Comments -> Check for spam.

Yes when I click check for spam it works but the button I was using is find-spam-comments which always fails when it hits 500 comments checked

I am sorry, I don’t understand clearly the issue. Did you get any new errors with update?
