After researching different platforms and attending a few demos, I decided to go with LiveAgent. The customer service is amazing, the interface is extremely easy to use, there are many metrics that are measured for your team, you can utilize tickets, emails, calls, social media, and more. This has made my job as a manager much easier as I can keep track of the customer interactions and review with my team. Would recommend to anyone looking. Very affordable as well.
