    Hi,
I really appreciate the features offered by Wordfence, you are doing a great job with that plugin.
However, since I upgraded to Wordfence 6.1.1 and then 6.1.2, no matter which filter I pick (“All hits”, “Humans, etc), the Live traffic feature shows the same single strange result shown below. I am running Linux and PHP 5.6.

    An unknown location at IP
IP: [unblock] [unblock this range] [block]

Invalid Date Invalid Date (NaN seconds ago)
    hits
in unknown location at IP arrived from and left and tried to access non-existent page visited was at logged in successfully as “”. logged out successfully. requested a password reset. attempted a failed login as “”. attempted a failed login using an invalid username “”. changed their password.
Invalid Date Invalid Date (NaN seconds ago) IP: [unblock] [unblock this range] [block]

Thanks in advance for helping fix this issue.
    Jo

    Hi Jo,

That definitely isn’t normal. It could be a javascript issue, and the browser’s javascript console may show some error messages which can help determine which plugin is causing the conflict (or if it is something else). If you’re not familiar with the console, we have instructions here:
Open the JavaScript console for troubleshooting plugins

Can you check that, and post if there are any errors here?

    Hi Jo,

Can you check to see if there are errors in the JavaScript console? You can refer to this article if you don’t know how to open it:

    Hi Matt,

Thank you for the quick reply and instructions.

Indeed, I do get these 2 error messages in my Java console :

knockout-3.3.0.js?ver=6.1.2:66 Uncaught TypeError: Unable to process binding “datetimepicker: function (){return null }”
Message: $el.datetimepicker is not a function

admin.js?ver=6.1.2:658 Uncaught TypeError: newElem.prependTo is not a function

FYI, my regional setting is Fr-CA and date format is yyyy-mm-dd. I don’t know if the problem could be related to that.

    Hi webmasa,

Under Wordfence > Diagnostics, can you click ‘Send Report by Email’ (at the bottom) to samples (at) wordfence.com? I haven’t been able to replicate this, but it may be a plugin conflict or something similar.

    Thanks,
    Matt

    Hi Matt,

As requested, I just sent you the report a few minutes ago.

I also ran a few test and figured out Live Traffic is working fine when I disable the Opening Hour plugin. There seems to be a conflict now that didn’t exist with Wordfence 6.0.25.

    Thanks !

Thanks Jo. I’ve filed a bug to address the plugin conflict with Opening Hour which will be fixed in an upcoming maintenance release.

Hi. Today there was an update for WordFence and now I am getting the same error: Invalid Date Invalid Date (NaN seconds ago)

    Basically, LIVE Traffic doesn’t work.

I’ facing the same issue like webmasa

    live activity not works

Why is this issue marked as resolved? No solution was proposed. I’m having the same problem, so it’s obviously a problem.

    Hi speedy_snail,
are you also able to get Live Traffic working when you disable the Opening Hour plugin?

    Hi

Unfortunately I’m not using that particular plugin.

Do you have any tips of how to debug the issue? I’ve disabled all plugins, but the problem still occurs. Could it be the theme?

I’m wondering how to debug the issue. It would be a good exercise for me to learn more about WordPress, and might help shed more light on this particular issue.

    Many thanks 🙂
