As far as I can see, the Wordfence Live Traffic tool only seems to shows up to a maximum of a 7 days.

    Is this normal operation?

    if it is,

Is there a way I can view this log in it’s entirety from the day it started monitoring?

Just wanted to give this a quick update.

It seems to be that Live Traffic doesn’t show a maximum of results based on time, but based on how many lines there are. I’ve since set this to 10,000 instead of the default 2000.

However I would still like to know if wordfence does keep a full log anywhere.

You beat me to it. I actually had response typed yesterday but neglected to hit submit.

There isn’t a way to go that far back as you’d like yet. I believe that we are working on a feature to address more robust logging in an upcoming release but I do not have a timeline available for it.

You are correct in that the number of rows control how much data is stored. This is because on higher trafficked sites, specifying a number of days to keep could lead to some pretty huge databases.

Thanks for the info, I’ll mark it as solved!

The ability to download the most recent logs could be advantageous. It would prevent high traffic sites from building up a huge store of logged events and allow admins to be able to store the logs off the web-server. Just my two cents.

    Thanks again!
