    I had this issue with WordFence 7.0.4 and still have it after update to 7.1.0.
    When I change the value in the dropdown list (to Blocked, or Humans, or any of them) I continue seeing all of the records, not filtered by type.
    I don’t see any errors in the browser console or in the server error log.

    Can you see any errors in the browser console?

    In case you’re not already using one could you please temporarily switch to a default theme?

    Lastly, could you try disabling all other plugins and reactivating them one by one to see if the issue is related to a conflict?

    To do so I recommend the “Health Check” plugin which allows you to disable all plugins and switch to a default theme, but only for your user.
