Live Stream Upload by Users?

Hi there, I hae been reading about your plugin and have a question. I have a video library where users can upload youtube, mp4, vimeo and external url videos to my platform. Im looking for a plugin that will allow my users to stream their videos live on my site and wondering if your plugin has this capability out of the box, something like a button Go Live and the user begins to stream their content ?
