If “Upload Video” and “Embed” are menu items, you can definitely set the ‘Go Live’ aspect by adding a link to the page with the shortcode. You can set up free to view channels that anyone can watch, pay per view/subscription live streams, or password protected live streams 3) The live streams can be recorded and you will find the video file under ‘Recordings’. If you use other 3rd Party platforms like Zoom, StreamYard, Restream, Melon, etc, you can get something similar. However, I can see that it is not exactly what you are looking for. * What we recommend as that you set regular live streams with StreamYard/Zoom/etc with a chat, and you (or your streamers) can leave the link to join in the chat.
