How do I add all the products in the below link to woocommerce and make sure they stay up to date with the latest stock count from my source company;

Hi andantesash,

You would need to use an extension to import products through a CSV. We have one here:
https://www.woothemes.com/products/product-csv-import-suite/

If I import the contacts through the CSV like I normally do, how do I make sure my site is regularly updated with the current stock levels from the link above?

@andantesash you can download the CSV, update your stock and update again, this will keep synced.
