Live Site on HTTPS migrating to Local HTTP

    Hello, I really like the plugin it’s working fine but I have one question regarding the migration of a live site that uses HTTPS to a localhost (MAMP) on HTTP.

    Migration went fine, without any errors. I can login to WP Admin but when I try to visit a website it redirects to the https://localhost:8888/page-name, which cant be loaded since I dont have SSL certificate installed on localhost.

    How could I fix this? So that instead of the https:// redirect there would be http:// 🙂

    A few things to check:

    1. check the wp-config.php for any specific SSL settings like FORCE_SSL_ADMIN
    2. If you have any ssl plugins designed to enforce SSL try and disable them.
