# Live Commenting “Timer” Not Working

 * The Live Commenting and Notifications “timer” is not working.
 * We plugged in the following values ([click here](http://prntscr.com/ss162b)),
   but still no message automatically displayed (we tried several blog pages and
   waited … waited … waited).
 * Kindly assist to solve this.

 * It designed to work in this way. When the first time you use this, the second
   time for the same user it hides.
    However, to see that it work correctly, you
   just need just remove the following cookie then refresh the page to see how it
   work: `wpdiscuz_hide_bubble_hint`

 * We cleared all cookies, cleared cache (local and global), but still no auto-display
   of the message.

 * Note: The “comment bubble” is behind the privacy bar (bottom left side of screen).
   Click “Accept” to see it. Comment will turn on after 50 seconds; off after 10
   seconds.
 * Suggestion for next plugin update: Add an option to “turn off” the comment count
   above the “comment bubble.” We turned it off (and also the close “x” button) 
   using a CSS code.

 * To assist others, we used the following CSS code to turn off the comment count
   above the bubble:
 *     ```
       #wpd-bubble-wrapper #wpd-bubble-all-comments-count {
       display:none!important;
       }
       ```
