    Hi,

Thanks for this great plugin! I’m testing it.

I created a testing product, and modified the “simple product” to “auction product” from the dropdown list of type of products. I clicked to see the product and effectively is auctioning the product. But when I go to the plugin dashboard “live auctions” or “expired auctions” nothing appear. Why does the auction product isn’t displayed there?

I’m planning to buy your plugin, but I need to know how many products could be auctioned on my site (estimate) and how many visitors for auctions (estimate) could handle my website. Please find below the hosting service I’m paying right now (Called GoGeek):

    https://www.siteground.com/web-hosting.htm

Yes, It’s a shared hosting I guess.. but the description says that my site could handle 400.000 visits monthly.. So, I’ll appreciate if you can answer this very important question.

Thanks in advance for your help,

    Regards,

I would like to know the estimate of bidders and products on live auctions simultaneously with all the ajax capabilities or benefits for confortable bidding experience! I’m planning to run auctions 1 or 2 times a month, not everyday.. thanks

    Hi @romonoutic,

You can post any number of auction products using the Ultimate Auction for WooCommerce plugin. There is no limitation or specific count for auction products. When you enable AJAX, it will take more load on your site.

As a site owner, you should have a hosting server capable of handling the traffic you expect for your website. If someone has shared hosting and has traffic of 10K users a month then the site will obviously run slow. So, having the correct hosting capability will take care of the good health of your server.

We have checked the hosting service which you are using. There are 3 plans available for hosting servers. It looks like you have purchased the GoGeek plan with 400,000 visitors and 40 GB of space. It is enough to run as many auction products and visitors as many you want. It will not generate any issues while using the Ultimate Auction for Woocommerce. The auction plugin works properly with your site.

We have read your query about not displaying the live and expired auction products in the auction dashboard. Apologies for the inconvenience. We have not come across this what you have told us. Please share the below details.

    1) Record a video of this issue and share it with us. So, we will get a clear idea about it.

    2) Could you please share the WooCommerce System Report? It can be found – in WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get System Report.
This will help us analyze the WordPress setup that you are running and will give us an idea if WP and related software used are using the latest version or not.

    3) Could you please share the WooCommerce Error log with us? You can access error logs by going to WooCommerce > System Status > Logs. You can then select the error log file you need and click “View”.

Please post your answers here. We will check it and update you soon.

    Thank You
