Little help with API please

    Hi there, using woocommerce synced by the API with a specific ERP managing products and stock I have a little (new) problem which I don’t understand. Help welcomed please :

    When Product properties > status is moved to “draft” via the API product seems to be correctly included in the draft quantities but yet not appears on the list, nor the main list nor the draft list. Screen capture can be seen there.

    Should we miss some extra parameter when updating status to get this strange result ??

    Hi @esquipulas,

    So as far as I understand, there’s 37 products currently in Draft status, and the API correctly lists all 37 of them, but there’s only one showing in WP Admin, is that correct?

    One thing I noticed on your screenshot are the Anglais / Francais / Tous les langues tabs under product status. Even with this one product we already have one in English and one in French, so the multilanguage products are counted differently than regular ones.

    Could it be that some products have a draft translation that’s not finished yet? This would explain why the drafts are showing in the API calls (as they’re in draft status) but not WP Admin (as the translation plugin filters them out). To make 100% sure, I’d recommend to check this with the authors of the translation plugin you are using.

    It was exactly that 🙂 Once finished the translation all came back to normal.
