Little bug in download counter

    Hey Marco,
    I’ve found a small bug in the download counter.
    A friend uploaded a .pdf file where the name contains the string “1° maggio” and noticed that it was impossible to download the file from the attachments list.
    I’ve found that if the download counter is enabled the user is redirected to an URL without the “°” symbol, seems that’s filtered from WP Attachments.

    I’m all for plain ASCII 128 file naming but well, WordPress seems to eat that file without problems and the average user doesn’t care of clean, compatible file naming…..

    Ottimo plugin comunque, con l’occasione gli do’ 5 stelle!
