    I get a little bit mistake since I upgraded my site to WordPress 4.4.

    Horizontal white stripe at top and just on this subsite.

    Insert this in Appearance -> Customize -> Miscellaneous -> Custom CSS

    #signup-content {
    width: 100%;
    float: left;
}
