# LiteSpeed Cache Image Optimization Stuck

 * Hello;
 * I’m experiencing an issue with **LiteSpeed Cache Image Optimization (v7.8.0.1)**.
 * When I try to send optimization requests, the process gets stuck indefinitely
   and just one image is being optimized and images aren’t pulling.
 * I’ve waited for a long time, but nothing progresses. Cron is always pick one 
   random image and sending same one to the cloud. I tried to go to image optimization-
   > clean up unfinished data and send again but still same. Current limit is always
   shows **1**.
 * I went to [https://my.quic.cloud](https://my.quic.cloud) -> domain -> setting-
   > server IP to be sure that IP is correct.

   looked into server logs and I see optimizations happened and some files are run
   2 times.I would like to get more info about what happens.Please enable debug:

 * Yes, optimization is happened at quic’s side like i said before but plug-in just
   picking one image every time when i send and trying to do optimising process 
   to the same image over and over again. Also image cannot pulled after optimization
   complete.
 * There aren’t any kind of code customisation made in theme or plugins.

 * Do i have to do something different to have log with pull request? I just did
   Toolbox > Debug Settings and set Debug Log to ON and Set Debug Level to Advanced.
   If you need something other than that log file which i sent, then i think i could
   use some help.

   above settings should work, just make sure a pull request was run, if needed 
   click on **Pull Images** and see the logs

   be in the log file if it’s working as intended btw.

   img_optm`

   something is blocking the PULL request.Right after: **`async call to https://

   litespeed_type=imgoptm_force`**There should be the call that show results.

 * I tested a API link that must be available and I get a 404 error, meaning that
   the link is limited OR access to any API link was limited.
   Please look into plugins
   code/theme code that can limit thisThank you

   idea how to look into plugins code/theme code that can limit whatever that is.
