# LiteSpeed Cache blocking a plugin

 * Hi Folks,
 * When LiteSpeed Cache is activated, the WooCommerce Extra Product Options plugin
   is missing from the backend and frontend.
 * If I go to LiteSpeed > Page Optimisation > Tuning, and whitelist:
 * CSS: /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-tm-extra-product-options/assets/css/epo.
   min.css
 * JS: /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-tm-extra-product-options/assets/js/epo.min.
   js
 * the issue remains, even after clearing the LiteSpeed cache.
 * Help appreciated.

 * I go to Toolbox > Report, click “Send to LiteSpeed”, the page reloads and nothing
   else happens, no report number either.

 * Could you please go to admin area , left-side bar —> LiteSpeed Cache —> Toolbox—
   > [6] Debug Settings
 * in this page:
 * set **Debug Log** to **Admin IP Only**
 * add your IP into **Admin IPs** (you will see your IP below.)
 * set **Debug Level** to **Advanced**
 * save changes.
 * Now go to **[7] Log View**, click on admin-bar LiteSpeed Cache —> Purge All
 * then click button **[D] Clear Log** , keep this window open, don’t close it nor
   navigate away from it.
 * Now ,open a new window, go to report page , and send to LiteSpeed again.
 * after that , go back to **Log View** window and refresh this page, you should
   see the debug log is showing up.
 * Then please copy all the text , paste it into [https://paste.ubuntu.com/](https://paste.ubuntu.com/)
 * then post the link it generated for you.

 * This problem has been resovlved in the interim, probably due to an updated version
   of LiteSpeed Cache.
 * Thanks again for your support, and excellent plugin.
