Support » Plugin: Orion SMS OTP Verification » Literally unable to click on anything

  • Installed the plugin and nothing on its setting screen is clickable. I’ve checked the inspector and found a truckton of divs with the class ‘view_overlay’ that prevents you from actually reaching any actual element on the page.

Edit: removing the youtube videos at the bottom of the page made the elements accessible again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback.
As shown in the tutorial videos, this plugin has been tested with WordPress default theme Twenty Nineteen along with the top 6 forms plugins( with their versions available at the time of release ) and works successfully.
Since there are millions of themes and plugins, its not practically possible to test it with all.
If you need help on this to make it work for your site you can email us on We will help you.

The plugins its been tested with are:

    5-Profile Press

I’ve found that the ‘How to use this Plugin” section at the bottom is the one causing the problem. Removing that section altogether made the elements accessible again. I think that section should be moved to a separate tabs or a new site altogether. Hopefully there’s a new fix for it soon.
I’ve edited my review to bump the rating from 1 to 2 stars, might bump it further if the plugin is fixed in the future.
    Thank you for reading.

Thank you for your feedback and generousity.
The idea to keep the videos on the same page is to have their ease of access at the time of filling up the settings form.
I haven’t come accross any complaints regarding a similar issues so far.
It appears to be an issue specific to your site.
