# Lists don’t load

    The integration at the backend went well, and the email option is enabled
   in plugin settings, but when I try to add an optin form, the list doesn’t load(

 * Could you please enable log on your site in WordPress Dashboard menu > Sendfox.
   Then click on “Reload lists” button once. And then navigate to Divi and try to
   pick a list there too.
 * Finally, go to menu > SendFox > Log and copy share the log here with me. It will
   not contain any sensitive information.

 * I need to click “reload lists” and then share the log contents, because here 
   I only see the log of account information request. While I need to see the contents
   of lists request.

 * Thanks for sharing the debug log with me.
 * For some reason it is only showing the account information request. And the request
   that pulls the list information is missing completely.
 * I guess I have to look into your website WP admin.
 * If it is possible, please create a temporary admin user for
    me and send the
