I am under the impression that If I put the following in a post:

[listings term=”rental”]

then, the only listing that should appear are the “rental” ones right??

Per the usage instructions, the term parameter must be used with the taxonomy parameter: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-listings/installation/
