# Listings not importing, API error

 * We are experiencing issues with the plugin. We are getting an error “IDX API 
   returned 401 Unauthorized” when trying to import the Listings from the IDX account.
   We are also using the IMPress Employee plugin, but the importer works fine for
   importing Agents from the IDX account.
 * I have contacted IDX support, and they requested some troubleshooting: First 
   creating a new API Key, then deactivating, deleting, and reinstalling the plugins.
   This did not work. I talked to IDX support again, but there is no issue on their
   end.
 * The site was recently moved from one hosting account to another (both Bluehost),
   but the old site has been uninstalled.
 * Please advise what we can do to resolve this issue. Thank you!
