Listing video page

I have 2 questions:

1. I have 16 videos in my website under a page called Video. I would like them all to be list out in one page when someone clicks video page. For now it list by recent post and old post. So they are divided into 2 pages.

2. I also would like to have the function to arrange the videos based on my own sequence rather than date of post. Is this possible.
