Listing categories on sidebar by Alphabet letters

Hi

I have lots of categories and I want them to show on sidebar but it will be a long list, I just wondering if there is a solution or plugin that shows all the alphabets on the sidebar and when they click on “A” letter it will show all the categories that begins with A, like this screen shot:
