list_cat() arg’s…too few?

  • Anybody notice that the list_cat() tag is packaged by WP with 17 default arguments, but the Wiki only lists 16. Any clues to what the 17th one is all about?

  • just looked at the codex, and from my count, it’s listing 18, with the 18th being hierarchical , which is only 1.5 or higher. Perhaps that is the one.

    …more: the function declaration in template-functions-category.php refers to 18 arguments. The 2 not included in the wiki are: categories (default ‘0’) and recurse (default ‘0’). Not sure what the interplay with some of the other similar-sounding parameters are…?

    cheers!
