Hi. The link on your website to information about creating list templates appears to broken (as does the shortcodes doc).

I am trying sort out my list so that the field that has the most text (the only list area field on my form) is wider than the others. Can you help at all?

you can see the list here… http://www.moviemuse.net/movieviews

An option could be changing the font-size to 10

It is very difficult to get a readable table with that much content in a limited horizontal space. If you don’t want to change the column layout, you can try making some of the other columns narrower (this works much better than trying to make one column wider) but you may not like how that looks either. Reducing the font size as suggested could also be helpful.

It’s a lot more work, but going to a non-table layout may give you a better looking result…try using the “responsive” template.

Thanks. How would I go about making the the other columns narrower (other than reducing the font size)?

You need to set the width of the top (header) cell of the table. If you look at the HTML, you’ll see that the top cell of each column has a classname so you can individually set the column widths.
