    Great concept especially keeping the args the same as for wp_list_categories() but couple of things..

    There is no need for a walker – tags are not hierarchical.

    The correct arg for showing the date is show_last_updated not show_date or show_last_update. And in any case there is no $tag->last_update_timestamp element so all the dates are 1 Jan 1970.
