    Ideal would be some checkboxes or input fields in the admin area that would do all this automatically.
    Add google analytics tracking: yes
    Google Accound ID: _______________
    Campaign name: Newsletter Name / Generic / Newsletter ID
    Identify User: Email / User ID

    Then you add this bit of code from my above link to the newsletter and admins can then look in google analytics for their stats.
    It won’t replace the numbers for bounced emails or unsubmits, but it would allow us to use a proper tracking tool rather quickly. I’m sure I could hack it in there myself, but then I would lose all my custom editing when installing updates.

    Despite my gripes with stats I love K-News. Don’t get me wrong! 🙂

    Hello Guys! Our latest Knews includes a tracking pixel feature out of the box, and comes with a helper to configure it the first time 🙂

    About Google Analytics, this is a feature of Knews Pro, it allows Pixel tracking inside Knews and/or GA also.
