    Hi,
I manually created the folder wp-content/languages/loco/themes. However, when I go to Loco Translate -> Themes, then click a theme (whichever one) I get a blank page, no matter what I do.
    What am I doing wrong?
    Please see print screen.

Thanks very much for your help,
    Adam.

A blank screen usually means a fatal PHP error. You will have to dig into your log files to find a useful error message. See Providing diagnostics.

    Hey Tim, thank you!

I see the Loco.warning: ‘Loco requires the “mbstring”…’
and the ‘HP Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_detect_encoding()’

However, it seems mbstring is already enabled in our server (see here)..

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks!
    Adam.

If you get the error then it isn’t enabled. You may have to restart your server.

If you’re still stuck after that, please contact your hosting provider.
