    Hello,

I’m having some troubles trying to look at my keys list.
I use the plugin to sell license key so I manage to enter them in the DB normally using the license import but when I try to look at all the license keys I have my page freezes and I get a HTTP ERROR 500.
When I look up on my server I get a peak of performance, I guess my server is not handling the task of loading all the keys at once. Is there a way to only load 50 keys per page and not have this issue.

Thank you very much for your help

    Hello @recoverygods

thank you for your message and for using my plugin.

You can set the “Licenses per page” screen option on the “Licenses” page. Is that page currently completely inaccessible? If so, then set the “lmfwc_licenses_per_page” usermeta value in the database to 50 for 50 licenses per page.

Hey I don’t seem to find any lmfwc_licenses_per_page in our database we only have wp_lmfwc_api_keys
    wp_lmfwc_generators
    wp_lmfwc_licenses
    wp_lmfwc_licenses_meta

Do you have any idea of where I could find the setting to change ?

    Best Regards

@recoverygods I have the same problem, only I use 20 keys per page and still giving the problem.

chalk the app back to normal but some as keys delivered and active .. I restored with backup, and I still have the problem.

i found out in depth that the problem is in the wpqf_lmfwc_licenses.sql file in the database.

backup it so you don’t lose your keys.

When you remove the keys make code, it returns normal.

I have more than 7 thousand keys manufacturers, the error started after the quantity.

the problem was found not yet solved, it still has a problem in the display of the generated codes, it is in stock but it is not visible for change.

My plugin does NOT have a file called like that. Where did you find that?

    @myexpressbrasil @recoverygods

I’m still trying to find the cause of this issue, but I can’t recreate it on my end. Do you maybe have a testing/staging environment where I could take a look?
